Our Kitchen & Its Roots

From Field to Table

Our region is our kitchen.

Rooted in the region, guided by the seasons, made with heart. We work with farmers, winemakers, and artisans from the Middle Rhine Valley and its surroundings — because short distances simply taste better.

Why Regionality Is Not a Trend

🌍

Regional by Conviction

Our suppliers come from within 80 km. This is not a marketing strategy, but our way of cooking — and our way of honouring the Middle Rhine Valley.

🌱

Seasonal as a Principle

We cook what the region currently offers. What is ripe comes to the table. What is still growing, waits. This creates a cuisine that lives with the seasons — not against them.

🤝

Partnership, Not Anonymity

We know the people behind our ingredients personally. We know the names of their fields and the scent of their wine. You can taste it — and that makes all the difference.

🌾 From Field & Farm

Winterwerb GbR

Weyer · Middle Rhine Valley

Together with Winterwerb GbR from Weyer, we have brought something special to the field this year: the old German potato variety "Heiderot". Red skin, red flesh, aromatically buttery flavour — a true eye-catcher and genuine rarity.

On 3,000 m² of Middle Rhine soil, what will soon arrive on our table is growing right now. Firm-cooking, full of character, and 100% from the region. This partnership stands for everything that matters to us: trust, transparency, and flavour with a story.
